Use one bobby pin as a tension wrench,another as a pick. Apply medium force to the tension wrench, insert the feelerpick into the keyway, scrub over the pins from inside to outside IN ONE DIRECTION. If you feel the plug move a little, apply greater force to the tension wrench,then the lock will be unlocked.
