Next, massage your eyelids (with your eyes closed) with your fingertips for several seconds. Last, open your eyes and do not close them or blink until tears come out of them. If you have trouble with this, try to think of sad things that have happened to you, or things that just make you sad to think of. If you can't cry on the first time using this method, just keep practicing!
