First you will need to use your phone to record yourself saying the information you need to hear. Read this off your book or notes so all the information is perfectly correct. Now, plug the ear phone into your phone and then slip it through your sleeve before school. Now place it in your hand and wrap the bandage around it. When you need the information, play it from your phone and then simply put your hand to your ear!
